Service Description

Our service provides 3D model file format conversion from 3MF to STL. We offer two conversion modes:

• Local Conversion: Files are processed entirely in your browser
• Cloud Conversion: Files are uploaded and processed on our servers

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload files that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Use our services to process malicious files or malware
• Attempt to circumvent any service limitations
• Overload our systems with excessive requests
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Redistribute our service as your own

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your 3D model files. We do not claim any rights to your files. For cloud conversion, files are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are immediately deleted after processing.

Our Service

Our website, code, and service infrastructure are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service components.

Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Perfect conversion accuracy for all files
• Availability of cloud conversion at all times
• Specific processing speeds or times

File Processing

Local Conversion

• Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded
• We cannot recover files or results from local conversion
• Browser limitations may affect large file processing

Cloud Conversion

• Files are encrypted during upload and transmission
• Files are automatically deleted after conversion
• We do not retain copies of your files
• Maximum file size limits apply

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from conversion errors
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services (if any)

We strongly recommend:

• Keeping backups of original files before conversion
• Verifying converted files before using them in production

Termination
